FREE Short Term Package
This is a great package if you are only wanting Casual Management. Do you need help finding a suitable Tenant and need your property advertised on Websites, Social Media and Public Notice Boards. You require applicants to be screened. Tenancy agreements and pre-tenancy inspection reports, bond collection and transfer are also available at no cost to you. The cost of this service is paid by the successful Tenant by way of a letting fee.

Long Term Package
We can make a personalised cost effective package for you that is competitively priced.
