Kawerau Rentals & Property Management Solutions is situated in the township of Kawerau and is independantly, locally owned and operated. We do this job because we love it and are passionate about what we do - unlike many corporate companies that are more concerned about using Property Investors to maximise their own revenue with employees that have no passion and are undervalued, therefore not really there for your best interest, and only available 9 to 5 on usuall working days. Because of our passion and the high value we place on providing you with an excellent service, we are available to take your calls or meet with you after hours, weekends and public holidays. Using combined skill sets, knowledge and experience in Property Management e, Marketing, Accounting Principles, Administration and Customer Service, allows us to provide you with a complete package that includes; Financial statements ( twice monthly or monthly), payment of all outgoing expenses eg: insurance, repairs, rates. End of Year Financial Statements. Same day replies to your administration queries. Detailed inspection reports with photos. Readily prepared for any court action required on your behalf. Up to date knowledge of Legislations eg: Smoke Alarms, Insulation, Health & Safety, Methamphetamine. Using marketing strategies that best advertise your property(s) to attract quality tenants. Paying attention to all areas of your property(s) during inspections to minimise long-term issues that would require more financial input in the long run to remedy from maintenance required.

Before any prospective Tenant can view your property they must pass a thorough application process. This process involves Reference checks, Credit checks, Tenancy Tribunal Order checks and police vetting.
