Property Investors

If at any stage your property(s) is vacant and under our management, we will call in morning and evenings to open and close curtains and clear the letterbox. This is a courtesy service for your peace of mind and does not cost you.

We can also do this for your private home if it is based in Kawerau and you are away for any reason. This service is at a discounted rate of 50% if we manage your rental property(s). There are two options available, please see options 1 & 2 below.

General Public

There are two options available to you for the security of your home and well-being of your pets while you are away.

Option One

This is the cheaper option where one of our trusted Property Managers will call into your property morning and evening to open and close your curtains, clear your letterbox, water your plants and feed your pets.

Cost - $20 per day (50% discount if we manage your rental property)

Option Two

We will organise to have a trusted Property Manager house sit for you. They will stay over at your property each nite and will open and close your curtains, clear your mailbox, water your plants, feed your pets and walk the dog each evening if you have one.

Cost - $30 per day (50% discount if we manage your rental property)

Extra

An extra $10 per day if you have a dog that requires walking (no discount available).
