Commission

On gross rent collected the sum of 8.5%

Tenancy Tribunal

On applying and attending mediations and Tenancy Tribunal hearings - NO CHARGE

Inspections

On completion of In-going, Out-going and Routine inspections and report preparation there is no charge when full or casual management is in place. If you are only seeking Inspections and wish to manage your property(s) yourself there is a charge of $35.00 per inspection with a report provided at no extra cost.

Maintenance

On maintenance work organised and completed under full management there is no charge. If you only choose to have inspections done without full management or would only like us to organise maintenance there is a charge of 8.5% of the total cost of the maintenance work done.

Administration

For collection and transfer of rents from the trust account to your account of choice, payment of insurance premiums, rates and body corporate fees - NO CHARGE

Letting Fee

A letting fee of one weeks rent will be paid to Kawerau Rentals & Property Management Solutions by the tenant. 

 

Project Management 

We are able to organise and over see contractors to carry out major whole house renovations that aren't a part of general maintenance and repair. The cost of this service is 8.5% or $500.00 (whichever is lowest) of the total renovation.
